This policy explains what data itera Studio collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Data Collected
Website analytics. This site uses Vercel Analytics for website traffic and Google Search Console for search performance. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow it, and measures visits without sending URL query strings. It is not used for advertising personalization. We do not send names, email addresses, or message contents as analytics event parameters. Google processes visit, device, and network information under its own privacy terms.
Contact messages. When you send a message via WhatsApp or other channels, you share whatever information you choose to include. I use that data only to respond to your inquiry.
Cookies. Vercel Analytics runs without tracking cookies. If you allow optional Google Analytics, Google may store analytics cookies on your device. You can decline or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page. Global Privacy Control is respected.
How Data Is Used
Website analytics help me understand which pages are visited, so I can improve the site. Contact information is used solely to reply to your message. I do not sell or rent your contact information. Analytics providers process the visit information described above to provide their services.
Marketing Analytics App
itera Studio Marketing Analytics is a private tool used by the studio owner and authorized agents to review itera Studio's marketing performance. When the owner connects a Google account, the app requests read-only Google Analytics and Search Console access. It reads reports from the selected business properties to prepare analytics summaries and content recommendations. It does not request Gmail, Calendar, or permission to edit those Google properties.
Access credentials and reports are kept in the studio's private systems. Authorized analytics tools and AI services may process report data to produce the requested summaries. Connected Google data is used only to provide these analytics features and is not sold or used for advertising targeting. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account connections. To request deletion of stored credentials or reports, contact admin@iterastudio.id. Revoking access stops future access; deletion of previously stored reports can be requested separately.
Third-Party Services
This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server logs (request timestamps, page URLs) for operational purposes. Their privacy policy applies to that data.
Your Rights
You can request access to or deletion of any personal data I hold about you by contacting me via WhatsApp or email. I will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top will reflect the revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
